Nat West Wrexham worst bank for queues?

Is Nat West bank in Wrexham the worst bank for queues? I’ve had to wait an average of 40 minutes the last three times I’ve been there. They have loads of  cashier desks yet only three staff to man them. In future I will drive from Wrexham to the branch in Rhos because it’s quicker.
